Thank you to everyone who voted in the 2016 Auckland Local Government Elections. It is very humbling to be re- elected onto the Waitemata Local Board for my third term. In the years ahead I will do my utmost to represent your views in our community.
Despite missing the vote for the Governing Body this year, my vote has increased 149% since my first election in 2010. This is no easy accomplishment as an independent in the most highly contested ward in New Zealand. Click here to see a breakdown of the election results.
Next election I will stand again as the Councillor for the Waitemata & Gulf Ward with the long term aim to be Mayor of Auckland.
